Contraindications
- The compression is medium, which means that it can not always be worn in the acute phase of a hernia. Medically spoken, it is not permitted to wear an umbilical hernia support if the hernia is not sufficiently contained.The risk is that the hernia-opening becomes bigger. If it becomes smaller than before, then you can be assured that it functions already, which is better than wearing nothing at all

Instructions for use
- Position round pad onto the support by Velcro fixing and place onto the hernia port or rupture port
- Put support around the body and close the support
- Night wear: if on doctor’s order to wear the abdominal support during the night, avoid hindering blood circulation. In case of numbness loosen support and remove the support if necessary. If complaints continue, please contact the doctor
- Important note: no reutilisation – this medical device is meant for the care of one patient only

Prima band. Duurder dan de meeste banden, maar hij zit comfortabel, sluit goed. Hij heeft een goede ondersteuning in de rug. Geen last van de klittenbandsluiting die is goed afgewerkt met de ronde vormen. Bij een band van een ander merk had ik daar wel last van. Ik gebruik hem nu bijna 2 weken. Ik ben 182cm/78kg en heb maar M, hij zit goed, maar vrij strak.
